Description
A complete cable shift linkage assembly is produced to fit all 1961-1979 4 speed manual aircooled transmissions.
The kit is a great addition to aftermarket kit cars/vehicles utilising Aircooled / T1 running gear such as Formula Vee, Trikes, Manx Buggy and Baja conversions.
Pre 66 T2 gearboxes may have a nose cone with a repositioned shift rod. This nose cone assembly can be used however the T1 Beetle nose cone is preferred.
The shift pattern is OEM VW layout including a push down left and back reverse lockout.
The assembly comes complete with chrome shift handle, yellow zinc shifter box, cables and chrome bracket.
