Engine Case Aqua Blast (Aluminium/ Magnesium) Cleaning Service

Bring back to life with our aquablasting process for all aluminium and magnesium based engine cases. We blast the internals and externals without damaging any bearing surfaces. Providing a method of de-scaling stained and tired Aluminium without abrasives. Due to the unique slurry style mixture of media and water the mixture cleans as it blasts the surface taking away debris as it cleans, in doing this none of the existing contaminants get just thrown around inside the cell and thus end up still on the case. This process is fairly new and is fast becoming the only method of restoring the extremely awkward cast items in any restoration.

The process cleans by flow, and not impact, producing a ‘soft’ finish. The water acts as a lubricant, avoiding media impregnation and also extending the life of the blast media.

The water/media slurry is contained within the wet blasting cabinet sump. Please be aware due to the media used you case should be thoroughly flushed out before any installation of new parts is done, no guarantee?s are provided.
